Products

We aim to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. Cross stitch fabric, thread and lighting can vary in appearance on screen. Hand-finished pieces are made by individual artisans, so slight variations are expected and are part of the charm of handcrafted work.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude any customs, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, charts, photographs and content on this site are our property or licensed for use. You may stitch our designs for personal use, but you may not reproduce or resell the patterns or finished goods without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
