Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and custom embroidery pieces ship within 7-15 business days after the design is approved.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email as soon as the parcel leaves our studio.
Customs and Duties
Import duties and customs taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your building reception, then contact us within 7 days.
